Biography
Tina is a graduate of Mount Royal University’s 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program. She believes massage is about more than addressing physical tension—it is also an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel safe and supported. By blending both therapeutic and relaxation techniques, Tina creates personalized treatments that care for the body as a whole.
As a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, Tina recognizes that physical tension can be closely connected to stress, emotions, and the nervous system. She considers each client’s overall well-being and tailors every treatment to their individual needs. Tina is passionate about supporting the mind-body connection and helping clients reduce tension, improve physical function, and experience a greater sense of balance and relaxation. .
Outside the treatment room, Tina enjoys staying active through yoga, running, and fitness. Her active lifestyle has deepened her appreciation for movement, recovery, and self-care, while strengthening her belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. This inspires her practice by encouraging a whole-person approach that supports each client’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
