Biography

Tina is a dedicated student massage therapist currently attending Mount Royal University, where she has completed over 1100 hours of hands-on training in therapeutic massage and is expected to graduate in August 2026. She has always believed in the powerful healing potential of touch and the important role that skilled manual manipulation can play in relieving tension, supporting recovery, and promoting overall well-being. As she continues her training, Tina hopes that working as a student massage therapist will provide valuable knowledge, hands on experience, and the incredible opportunity to continue learning and growing beyond the classroom while developing her professional practice.

Her approach to massage therapy is rooted in a holistic view of health, recognizing the deep connection between the body, mind, and nervous system. Tina is passionate about helping clients feel more balanced and supported through therapeutic touch while creating a safe and welcoming space for relaxation, healing, and restoration. Through her training, she is developing a strong foundation in techniques that help reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. She approaches each treatment with intention, care, and the understanding that every body is unique.

Outside of her studies, Tina enjoys staying active and nurturing her own wellness through yoga, running, playing volleyball, and spending time at the gym. She also enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Tina values incorporating holistic healing into all areas of her life, with a focus on connecting mental, physical, and overall health as one integrated approach to well-being. These passions help keep her grounded in movement and mindfulness, which she brings into her work as a massage therapist.
